Geppetto is sad of the recent Empire losses, while the Glory of Baghdad survives the dragon attack with no causalities thanks to Boy Blue. Snow reunites Boy Blue and Pinocchio, who is now on their side entirely. The Emperor and Snow Queen talk about them nearly losing the war, but they have a dragon left. Briar Rose pricks her finger, making the entire Imperial city to fall asleep thanks to the witches on the 13th Floor. Also huge vines trap the entire city.
